{happy memorial day}

Oh, gosh--the bougainvillea is so gorgeous right now!

Lil Petunia and I heading out with the family to a BBQ & pool party.

Finally--a hot sunny day!  So hot, in fact, that we wimped out and ate our BBQ inside.

{Hope all of you had a splendid holiday, and a huge THANK YOU to all of our country's military without whom we'd never be able to enjoy carefree days like this!}

That is my hubby front and center.  He has fought in 2 wars for Israel as a paratrooper--that's his huge parachute strapped to his back.  He smiles a lot more these days!  :)

Your daughter is too cute! I love the missing tooth in her smile. It melts my heart. She's absolutely a doll. Those big green eyes and that tan skin! Wow, she's going to be a little heart breaker when she is older.

What a great picture of your husband. We are HUGE Israel supporters!!! Just the other day I was in a Kosher Deli and was complaining because I saw pork on the menu. They asked if I was Jewish because I don't look or sound Jewish. I told them, "No, I'm just a Gentile Dog." They laughed and gave me extra matzo balls. Your husband sounds like a fascinating man and deserves to be honored on this holiday.
Shalom y'all!

I was just thinking about your and your cute blog, and wanted to stop by and say hello. I hope you are having a good week. I really have not blogged recently. For some reason, I am just enjoying reading and commenting. I don't have much to say of my own! :) Take care.
