Notice anything different?? Well, it's hubby's new Lilly Pulitzer tie compliments of Landlocked Mermaid!! Thank you LM!! He wore it to work on Monday and received lots of compliments. I think that his female patients especially like it when he wears Lilly, and down here he can get away with wearing it year 'round! He has many types of patients, but one of his specialties is surgery for breast cancer, so I think a little Lilly here and there always helps lift spirits.

Next is a funny picture I took the other day. It is the book that I'm reading laying next to the book hubby is reading (for the 2nd time). Mel at I Pick Pretty sent me her copy of the guilty pleasure sTORI TELLING. Thank you Mel! Hee hee--makes for some funny looks from hubby as he is reading the biography of Einstein! I think he has no idea who Tori Spelling is! Oh, well--it's probably better that way!

He wears a jacket and tie every day--even when he is going to surgery! He doesn't like to look like the typical geek/dork/slob doctor!!! He has a real aversion to that. The only problem is that his patients just looooove him...a little too much. haha. Especially the old ladies!

He looks great, I like the first pic with his jacket on and his big smile.

I love the tie being the star of his outfit against the white shirt and navy suit. Very nice. Now if there just was a martini glass somewhere in the frame....

Hooray, so glad you're enjoying the book! And that your handsome husband - love that Lilly tie, by the way! - has no idea who Tori is, so you can avoid the grief I endured. ;-)

What a gorgeous family you have! I will have to start working on the hubby-- he is a huge fan of the T-shirt.

Mignon Faget stopped by and spoke at one of my events yesterday! Thought you would enjoy that tidbit-- she spoke of growing up in New Orleans, boys, and all things French!

Hope you have a great weekend!
