decor inspiration

Because I have several more rooms to decorate in this house I am devouring home decor periodicals right now.  I get little ideas here and there and keep either just single pages or the entire magazine if it is a really good one.  My favorites are: Veranda, Southern Accents, Traditional Home, Florida Design, and Coastal Living.
Southern Accents and Coastal Living share the same publisher and have a great website from which to aquire ideas while perusing some beautiful rooms.  Here are some of my favorites:

Oh wow! I was planning on leaving a comment gushing about that dining room - then I scrolled down and fell in love with that flowly romantic bedroom - I kept scrolling to see the blue and yellow living room which just happens to be in design folder! - I love your decor taste! All such great rooms!

Those are my favorite magazines too, except that I don't believe I've looked at Florida Design. Every single picture you've posted is gorgeous!

Very beautiful, but I can't imagine having a house like that. I wouldn't even want to sit down on anything-- it's too perfect!

The bedroom with the drapey stuff on the bed posters is GORGEOUS!

Love, love, love all of these! When my "Southern Accents" arrives in the post, I swear my AmEx starts dancing a little jig in my wallet. Dangerous stuff!

Hi there! I like the kitchen with all the door/windows and the black and white flooring. I've always had a weak spot for checkerboard floors in black and white. They are so elegant.

Great taste!

Ooooo...I LOVE all the white. The blue and white family room is my favorite! I wish I had more confidence in decorating. We looked for sofas last spring (styles, patterns)...and I still haven't picked any out! I don't know where to begin.

Absolutely beautiful. Maybe someday my house will look like those pictures. With two dogs and cat and two kids and very little housekeeping skills my house is, very..."lived in."
